Marcia Strall PCM, OTA/L

Marcia has worked as a Professional Geriatric Care Manager for over 25 years with ElderLife Solutions. Marcia is a licensed OTA. She has worked in the area of geriatrics directly with older adults for the past 40 years. Her experience includes a variety of medical settings including, psychiatric, acute and subacute hospital rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home health, assisted living and outpatient clinics. Marcia and her partner work with families and other professionals in determining appropriate, safe living environment and needed services. Through ElderLife Solutions, Marcia is a member of the Aging Life Network of Geriatric Care Managers. She is also a member of the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association. She continues to serve as board member for the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging. Marcia is also a volunteer for the Ohio Department of Insurance OSHIIP Program.

Colleen is a licensed Occupational Therapist and has worked directly with older adults, geriatric clients and their families for twelve years. She has work experience in all areas of care from acute hospitalization, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled facilities, home health, assisted living and retirement communities. She also has extensive knowledge in the area of case management working closely with nurses, physicians, in addition to speech, physical and occupational therapists, insurance companies and families. Colleen has practiced as a Professional Geriatric Care Manager and partner with ElderLife Solutions since 1999. She is involved in the assessment of clients for needed services, coordination and monitoring of these services, determining appropriate living environment and advocacy for the older adult.
